I love 5 Guys,..... Until tonight. You'd think spending $90 to have food delivered for your family would ensure a good experience, but no. No quality control. Asked for pickles, but got soggy wilted lettuce instead. Will not be ordering here again. I love those little crinkle cut pickes :(

My first visit to Five Guys was a significant disappointment. The menu distinguished between 'burgers' and 'sandwiches,' leading me to expect a grilled sandwich served on bread. However, what I received was essentially grilled vegetables inside a bun. The portion of onions and mushrooms was excessive, making the 'burger' incredibly messy and difficult to eat, with a large amount falling out. Unfortunately, lacking forks, I couldn't even salvage these fallen ingredients. The overall taste was unpleasant, and the lingering odor on my hands persisted despite multiple hand washes and the use of sanitizing wipes. This was by far the worst fast-food dining experience I've ever encountered, leaving me with no appetite. I rate the food zero stars.

There was a mouse running around!!! Staff reaction was non existent! It obviously has been there a while!! Disgusting!!!!!
Took the kids to eat here as we hadn't been to this place before. The staff were nice, however; it was pricey for 1 adult and 2 kids to eat- especially when they add extra items to your order that you didn't ask for. So I had to go back to get some refunds for items they charged me for that I didn't ask for. THEN, I had to go back inside to ask for the items that we did order because our order was missing several things we did order. For $65.00 It was absolutely not worth it at all! I didn't expect this price, but w.e.
-Cheese burger had no cheese Grilled cheese was two -hamburger buns stuck together with processed cheese on it and was gross at than.
No meal combos- all food items are sold separately, that's where they get ya.
Anyways, won't be back here.
Watch out for big box of peanuts on their counter if your allergic !

We were quite disappointed with our experience here in Halifax. We ordered 5 burgers, poutine and Cajun fries. The kitchen made four burgers (topped and wrapped) before getting the fifth one started. When the burgers were done, they were still preparing the fries. The first burgers sat in their wrapping for at least 15 minutes before they gave us the food - they were completely soggy and not warm. We didn’t want to start over again, so we ate a little of the soggy burgers and left. It was not very busy, so we were quite disappointed in the lack of care.
