Took the kids to eat here as we hadn't been to this place before. The staff were nice, however; it was pricey for 1 adult and 2 kids to eat- especially when they add extra items to your order that you didn't ask for. So I had to go back to get some refunds for items they charged me for that I didn't ask for. THEN, I had to go back inside to ask for the items that we did order because our order was missing several things we did order. For $65.00 It was absolutely not worth it at all! I didn't expect this price, but w.e.
-Cheese burger had no cheese Grilled cheese was two -hamburger buns stuck together with processed cheese on it and was gross at than.
No meal combos- all food items are sold separately, that's where they get ya.
Anyways, won't be back here.
Watch out for big box of peanuts on their counter if your allergic !

We were quite disappointed with our experience here in Halifax. We ordered 5 burgers, poutine and Cajun fries. The kitchen made four burgers (topped and wrapped) before getting the fifth one started. When the burgers were done, they were still preparing the fries. The first burgers sat in their wrapping for at least 15 minutes before they gave us the food - they were completely soggy and not warm. We didn’t want to start over again, so we ate a little of the soggy burgers and left. It was not very busy, so we were quite disappointed in the lack of care.

Poor service for delivery and online orders. They consistently prioritize walk-in customers over Uber and online orders. My Uber driver waited over 25 minutes with no food ready—I had to cancel. It’s clear they don’t respect delivery drivers or online customers. Disappointing experience.

Extremely Disappointed – What Happened to Quality Control? Ordered fries via uber eats and the fries were a disaster. What I received was a greasy, stale, over-seasoned mess. These Cajun fries were completely smothered in seasoning to the point of being practically inedible. It felt like someone had just dumped the entire spice container into the bag without a second thought. Not only that, but the texture was terrible. They were soggy, limp, and cold — like they’d been sitting out for ages. Many were tiny, broken bits you’d expect at the bottom of a fryer basket, not something you’d serve to a paying customer. The bag was soaked with oil, and the overwhelming spice made them taste burnt even if they weren’t. Frankly, if this was my first visit, I wouldn’t come back. Poor customer service. I purchased a $50 gift card in-store and later found out it had a $0 balance. When I went back to the store to resolve the issue, I was told they couldn’t help me. Completely unacceptable — I paid for something I didn’t receive, and there was no effort to fix the problem.
