We were quite disappointed with our experience here in Halifax. We ordered 5 burgers, poutine and Cajun fries. The kitchen made four burgers (topped and wrapped) before getting the fifth one started. When the burgers were done, they were still preparing the fries. The first burgers sat in their wrapping for at least 15 minutes before they gave us the food - they were completely soggy and not warm. We didn’t want to start over again, so we ate a little of the soggy burgers...

Man you can't deny that five guys has good food, but the PRICES. Good lord, still giving 5 stars because these guys were working HARD to churn out orders in a packed house. But if anyone in corporate reads these reviews, re evaluate your pricing 🫣

First time trying five guys. Kinda overrated imo especially for the price. Curious about what the milkshake is like so I might go back to try it but otherwise can't really recommend for the price
