The person at the till didn't seem like they wanted to be there, or could have just been having a hard day. Still, our order was correct.
I love all the burger topping options, and the copious amount of OMG-SO-PERFECT fries will satisfy even the hungriest.
One thing I really appreciate at 5 Guys is their common sense about bathrooms. They're not (binary) gendered. Just 'bathrooms,' as they should be. Thanks, 5 Guys, for doing your part normalizing this practice!

The service and was awesome! Burger and fries were perfectly cooked. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was it was hard/impossible to find a table that was clean. I got napkins and sanitized my own table.

Hi Manager(may be Jeff), I’ve been coming to the Chain Lake Five Guys with my family for years now since 2021 and we’ve always loved your burgers. We’re regulars, usually popping in at least once a month with the kids. I’ve always appreciated the friendly smiles and great service from your staff.
That’s why I’m feeling a bit disappointed lately. The last three visits twice last month and once again this month I’ve noticed the same thing that left me a bit uncomfortable. Some of the staff were speaking quite loudly to each other in another language while serving. I absolutely respect all languages and cultures, but as a customer, it left me feeling a little awkward and unsure if something was being said about me or others.
I’d hate for this to affect how often we visit, because we truly enjoy your food and atmosphere. I just wanted to share this in hopes that the welcoming, friendly vibe we’ve always loved stays the same for everyone.
Thanks for the great burgers hope to keep enjoying them for many years to come. I am so sorry for my bad rating today.We donna treat FG like our Timi.

Fries are great Burger are great (taste of real meat), unfortunately the use of American cheese totally cheapend out the burger. Poutine had proper cheese curds but lacked flavour.
First time at 5 guys absolutely loved it best burger ive had in years service was excellent gentleman explained how it worked to order food came fast cant wait to go back.

We ordered the Cajun style poutine, and it was worth every penny! I love that the fries are freshly cut from Maritime potatoes, and I appreciate that they fry them in peanut oil, which is a healthier oil. The music was obnoxiously loud when we first came in, but they did eventually lower the volume to a more tolerable level, which was appreciated. I definitely recommend this location!
