Came in for a few drinks and quick bite to eat. Was my first time, the atmosphere was pretty chill, I liked the stained glass lighting! Our server was Johnny, he was nice and friendly. Gave us a few recommendations. I went with the Toasted Philly Sub, it was loaded with cheese but I felt it didn’t have much meat on it. Overall it was a good sandwich I couldn’t finish in one sitting! My girlfriend got the Greek Wrap she said it was tasty and the fries were great! Overall this place was dope and we will definitely be back!

The cleanest pub in all of Halifax! We were astonished at how spotless the place was, especially compared to their Downtown location. They have many affordable beers and ciders on tap. Freeman’s menu also has a good variety of quality pizzas that doesn’t leave you feeling greasy after eating it, and the quality of ingredients is a far cry above other pizzerias in the area. The service was immaculate and very speedy, their server Sim overhead that it was one of our birthdays and even went above and beyond to give us a coupon for a free pizza for our next visit. I think my group found our go-to bar after yesterday :)

The chicken was very thin and not alot on my chicken ceaser salad and also I was not given everything including napkins or a fork thebdelivery was too fast and I knew something was wrong because of that I'll never order
Went for a friend's birthday celebration. There were a good number more of us than expected, but the staff made it work for us. Had fish and chips, it was alright. The batter didn't have all that much flavour, but the drinks definitely helped it.Can't go wrong with Freeman's for some drinks.Parking: Parking is hard to find, but it's Quinpool street so that makes sense. Likely will need to find a side street to park on

Freemans was an old haunt of ours for years. I still pass by every once in a while; not as often as I don't drink too much anymore, but this used be our place. Have many great memories. The pizza is still good and definitely worth a pop in. The staff are very friendly and the place is neat. Cheers!

I’ve been to this particular location of Freeman’s multiple times and for good reason: it never disappoints.The food is always top notch, the service is also great. The place is definitely a bit tight in terms of space. Their other branches might be better for larger gatherings but it is fine for a casual time with friends etc.On my most recent visit we ordered a barbecue chicken pizza with their garlic Cheese bread. Both of them were absolutely fantastic. I honestly couldn’t ask for more.Highly recommend if you’re looking for some great pizza, drinks and a nice time out.

Place is amazing great decor, the staff is friendly and even give us a complementary pizza for us and the staff because our boy was staying in the IWK. The food is delicious I recommend the BLT! Wonderful experience all around. Lisa was very polite and gave exceptional service!
