Lovely little bakery serving wonderful European bakes. The gingerbread was perfectly spiced with just the right balance of flavours and the texture was spot on. A great range of bakes at very reasonable prices.
In this bakery, the staff greeted us with a pleasant smile, i like it. I tried rum balls and bread for the first time, and your baking reminded me of home. It was very tasty, like I was back in my childhood. Thank you for that, I will definitely come back ❤️
I'm a mom whose never missed my son's Birthday and him being so far away studying at Dalhousie makes it expensive to fly in. I have ordered a cheesecake every year from the gingerbread Haus Bakery. Son was so happy when it was delivered he says it reminds him of mine. You see I'm a chef/baker so that ment a lot when he said it was like mine because with the Help of this bakery I was able to give my son a piece of home for his Birthday.
