I'm definitely not an early bird, but Héléne Jaune Cookies is the reason 😂😂😂. I really recommended, the sweet here is well make, not too sweet, everything is balance about flavor and tasting, worth every pennies. There are special cake (Japanese cheese cake) that is my most favorite cake in whole Halifax desserts). It order item, not ready to sell right away, so if you want to try this wonderful cake, make sure contact Eric before you come.🤣🤣🤣

I was really disappointed to know that they don't have cheesecake with them at the farmers market.. though I will try to ask them if they can get just for me to the farmers market the next time and I can pick it up from there

Oh gosh, everything is so delicious! I just tried Egg Yolk Lotus Pastry (which I usually don’t eat), it was soooo good, the sweet and salty taste was well balanced!

I have made my fair share of Japanese cheesecakes, so I know what to expect when sampling one. Eric's Japanese cheesecake completely took me by surprise. Not only was it soft, fluffy and had that melt-in-your-mouth texture, but as it melted, it had a milk powder-type of very light crystally texture that took me totally by surprise. Normally you wouldn't expect this type of texture in a Japanese cheesecake, but somehow, it made me like this one so much more that I just had to write about it. Just the perfect amount of cream cheese flavor, lightly sweet and barely any eggy aftertaste, @helene_jaune_cookies made me one hell of an amazing cheesecake. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

My wife bakes a lot, and the only things she buy are the ones she can not make at home. She ended up getting almost one of each items Erik had in the table. In top of that we placed an order for the Japanese's Cheesecake that we pick up next day. The next day Erik texted us to let us know he was working on the cake and another time to let us know the order was ready. For the pick up, we drove to a residential address and called Erik letting him know we were there. He brought the cake to us. It was delicious. We hope the best for this family business, you are doing great in product quality and customer services.
