Stopped at the Harvey’s in Bayer’s Lake Nova Scotia and it was immaculate, the staff ( Sally especially!) were friendly and efficient and they were pleasant to each other! Equally important: the burgers were perfect. Most of the Harvey’s in my city (Ottawa) could learn a lesson from this location!

Kylie dressed the burgers for us she was kind and attentive. The lady that took our order was very friendly as well but I cannot recall her name. 10 outta 10- had 2 junior cheeseburgers very satisfied.

Ordered 2 original cheese burger at 7:38pm Not cooked. Still pink in middle. Cold center Asked fir milk shakes was told it was too late. If u close at 8 it should be available till then. Poor service. $16 put in the garbage.

Harveys is my favourite fast food burger and I was not disappointed!
The staff here really needs to LISTEN... just slow down and listen, take some time to get it right the first time, we wouldn't need to repeat 4x at the speaker, and then just get attitude over a straw, visually, and tone of voice. Robert was kind and helpful to make sure the order was right. Angus harv for the win!!!

We had a busy morning at Costco and home Depot and we were very hungry. We could see this Harveys from the Costco parking lot so we were off. The young lady that waited on us was so friendly and happy it made us feel relaxed and we had a great lunch. Thank you for the great service Kyleigh. Keep smiling. 😀
