We had a busy morning at Costco and home Depot and we were very hungry. We could see this Harveys from the Costco parking lot so we were off. The young lady that waited on us was so friendly and happy it made us feel relaxed and we had a great lunch. Thank you for the great service Kyleigh. Keep smiling. đ

Food is good and front end service staff was great. The experience with the management was a different story, they wouldn't honour the scene loyalty program they offer and ask for in store. I wasnât asked if I had scene and when I brought it to managements attention and asked if there was any way they could refund then recharge so I could get the scene points, they refused and retorted that they âarenât required to ask because itâs posted on the doorâ. Iâd figure that if itâs a loyalty program they offer that it would be in their training to ask customers if they have it. After I could hear the assistant manager going with the staff in the back in ear shot of me, complaining/restating the âpolicyâ about how they donât have to ask. The customer experience definitely wasnât on the assistant managers mind today.
Offering the loyalty program is a draw in for customers, if they arenât suppose to ask then whatâs the point of the program ?
