The service hasn’t been very consistent. Whenever I ask for extra gravy, I usually get only a tiny amount, and my burger ends up feeling dry. I’ve noticed that the service is much better when the guy working there he’s always attentive and gets the order right. I’d really appreciate a bit more consistency with the portions :(

I forgot that I'm not a fan of the burger meat flavor here. It's not a show stopper, but there could be improvements made to give the meat a beefier flavor. Otherwise, staff was great and the restaurant was as clean as could be expected from a fast food joint in the winter.

I’m a regular customer at this Harvey’s and usually enjoy the food, but I’ve had repeated issues with consistency. When a particular staff member is working, the food is often poorly made and served cold. This has happened multiple times, so it doesn’t feel like a one-off mistake.
When other staff prepare the food, it’s hot and well made, which shows the location can do better. As a frequent customer, it’s frustrating to have such a noticeable difference in quality depending on who is working.
Management really needs to address training and quality control so customers receive the same standard every time.

100% Canadian, friendly staff, nice calm dining area, delicious food! I like the frozen redbull drinks too. Their poutine is tasty and of course the burgers are tasty and customizable too! Worth a try :)
