“Lemon grass soup has a nice kick to it and is full of goodness. My only suggestion would be to add more flavour. Other than the spicy ?️ kick, it lacked flavour. Tex-mex burrito was ok but definitely would have been better with flavour and fresher ingredients. Overall, nice atmosphere and friendly staff but the overall food experience was below expectations.“

“after living in halifax for over 4 years i must say the most disappointing customer service and most hurtful incident of RACIAL profiling I ever had to deal with has been at the Burnside freshii..... after walking in between meetings while talking to my business partner on the phone, I was refused service by the MANAGER . who told me he will not serve me.... when asked why he refused to serve me he told me I was disrespecting him by coming to his cashier register on my phone...... of course this manager them walked around from his counter walked right into my face to intimidate me..... when i proceeded to try to make my order after been hungry running back and forth to meetings all day he proceeded to call the police... thanks to freshii Burnside I am once again reminded that my appearance is either threatening or offensive.... either way it was made clear that my kind is not welcome.....!!!“
