Great authentic vibes, great menu selection of beverages and dishes. Food ordered was great, and suggested beer by staff was spot on. Would recommend. Bit of a cold draft downstairs despite the lovely fireplace.

The atmosphere, decor and service was awesome. This restaurant was recommended to us by a young man who sat with us on our flight into Halifax. We can’t thank him enough. Our first experience was so great that we cancelled a different reservation we had for the next evening and returned to Henry House. Best restaurant in Halifax bar none

While exploring downtown Halifax, we decided to stop by The Henry House after hearing it was a favorite among locals and it did not disappoint! The cozy historic setting, attentive service, and outstanding food made for a great evening. Every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.
