Highwayman is a popular restaurant with great ambiance and fabulous food. The Smoked Sausage and mushroom dish is a must-try, along with the Tuna with apple and seared scallops. The atmosphere is very nice, and the service is friendly, although there were some issues with reservation reminders. The menu consists of small plates, with highlights including smoked fish on crostini and carrots. Every dish, from Oysters to shrimp skewers, is delicious. Highwayman is highly recommended for a memorable dining experience in Halifax, surpassing other restaurants in the area.
