I just became vegan and tried this place and it sucks that they're closing. I tried the vegan lemon/lime sorbet and it was pretty good, a vegan chocolate truffle which was also pretty good, but I loved their vegan chocolate cupcakes and hope to get more before the cafe closes permanently.
I love this place! When I’m in the area I stop buy to get some gelato, coffee and a bakery item. I love that some items are Vegan while keeping other diet friendly items as well.They also had info pages with some in-depth knowledge of teas besides your typical black and green teas, which I thought was neat to show some benefits of other teas.They follow Covid guidelines very well with: distancing, only so many people allowed in, mask mandatory etc.The people who work there are...read full review

The non-dairy ice cream was absolutely delicious - probably the best have had in town, and there was chocolate!! However, this place closed on Aug 31 - am guessing b/c homeless people are tenting out nearby & when I was in there one came in & was strangely aggressive. That would deter customers, am sure. No doubt the pandemic didn't help, either. This was a wonderful resource for many of us and it is so unfortunate that it's gone.
