Edit: the owner say in their reply below that "The prices are on the menu next to each item" which is incorrect. I went their today and had a protein shake and there were NO prices on the menu.

Love this place! Popped in when they first opened and the owner was so lovely and excited to show us everything. We tried their protein shake and while pricey, it’s a good treat alternative to have once in a while when you want something filling and tasty. The space itself is quite nice, too!

My first experience at this Halifax location was absolutely excellent. The owner is an absolute gem and talked to my friend and I for a long while explaining the history behind the business and it is evident he genuinely loves what he does and the company he has created. The space was great for long hours of studying and very comfy for sitting for a long period of time. The menu is huge and Phil (the owner) is great at explaining how the whole system works, and is open for questions as well. I tried the Peach tea and it tastes exactly like those fuzzy peach rings candy, without the feeling of rotting your teeth and killing your insides. The tea, like other drinks also has an abundant of healthy ingredients so you are fully consuming healthy product, while drinking something delicious and getting a daily dose of caffeine. I 100% will be back and recommending to all my friends.

If your going here for interesting trendy drinks that are healthy and a bit expensive, then you’ll probably like this place a lot better then I did. It also has pretty interior decor. But if you, like me, we’re just looking for some good generic cafe beverages on your lunch break…. It’s probably not for you.

As an avid haligonian I decided to try out this new supposed healthy cafe. To my surprise the cashier there told me to try fat burners? I am plus size and curvy, I love my curves and am absolutely sickened that she would even mention such obscenities to a customer. I told her to make like her eyebrows and disappear and she spat directly into my mouth as I left my KN95 in the car.

I love hyve! There are endless flavours to choose from, and I am never disappointed with one. The protein shakes don’t leave me feeling bloated either. The other best part is the owners, Phil and Steph. They are so friendly and really care about their customers. My favourite shake is the butter pecan !!

Absolutely love this place. So many creative and fun flavours to try and it keeps me coming back for more! My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this place on a whim and now we go at least twice a week. Every time we go we are treated with nothing but the utmost kindness and the best customer service from Phil and Steph. Do yourself a favour and get the Lemon Pound Cake shake ???? ???? ????
