I have been there many times and this was the first time that the visit was not enjoyable. The service was very poor, the food was brought to the table but nobody had brought the utensils for us to eat and the food was not hot.

Atmosphere was unlike any of the other Jack astors I’ve been to, it was so lively and cozy, I just loved it! The staff was so amazing, the only name I caught from the many people to help us was Nick but he was so kind, so friendly.
