Atmosphere was unlike any of the other Jack astors I’ve been to, it was so lively and cozy, I just loved it! The staff was so amazing, the only name I caught from the many people to help us was Nick but he was so kind, so friendly.

No hostess at the front to greet people walking in, waited 10 minutes and still nothing, server walked by us looking clueless and did not bother to help, called the restaurant from inside the restaurant, still no answer, then finally 2 hostesses came at once and we were finally seated at our table. Very poor start to dinner but the rest was flawless: food, service, atmosphere and value. We almost left, but glad we didn't. Way to recover, that was a close one!

Firs time in after the renovation and rebrand it was nice and open. Tori was our server and was excellent and answered all my questions about the menu. The staff was polite and friendly. It was nice to see new menu items but the classics were also still available as the garlic bread has always been a family favourite. Food and service was great.
