So happy that they re-arranged the chairs/seating back to how it was. With the tall long table along the window and not the queue line. More room to breathe when it's packed.Overall, it's a decent spot. Tasty coffee and a small selection of baked goods. Sometimes difficult to find seating out of the five times I've been there, I was able to get a seat twice. Not my favorite cafe but not too bad either.

Java Blend roasts the best coffee in Halifax! I’m always travelling and absolutely love the ‘Fog City’ Pour overs! Without question, any time I’m in Halifax I’m drinking Java Blend daily and as much as I can, I keep a couple of the pour overs with me in my laptop bag! LOVE JAVA BLEND ❤️❤️

My favourite place in Halifax to go for a coffee and to stock up on beans for home. They have a great selection of drinks and delicious treats in cafe (they even carry GF treats made by a local bakery!). Love the option to be able to order my beans online and have them delivered to my door the next day. Love JB!

This place used to be the best, but they continue to disappoint again and again, with the quality of their coffee plummeting and all of the quaint joys of the cafe being leeched out by greed. If you're visiting Halifax, I would recommend trying out any of the numerous coffee shops in the area that are NOT javablend :(
