You guys really need to step it up when it comes to consistency. I'm so tired of paying good money for food and being disappointed. You used to be my go to for everything and I keep trying and hoping that things have improved but one week I'll get a large donair and it's a large and tastes good, next week ill order a large donair and get a small burnt one. same thing with donair subs. Saying I am disappointed in this service is an understatement… I have been a LONG time lover of Jessys and usually have a great experience but lately not so much. I ordered Jessys at 10:30pm. Their driver called me at 11pm lost (I live on cowie hill not hard to find) but okay no problem we’re human. Buddy gets here about 10 minutes later and their debit machine wouldn’t work at all. Awful meal tonight. Fish was so greasy, small pieces and way to much batter on the ends that was way over cooked. Very disappointed again. You need to take fish and chips off of your menu. The gravy was slopped over the outside of the cup, and that's how I received it. One of the worst meals I've ever had. Another $40.00 down the drain. 3 hours later and I still feel sick.
