First time there on Saturday before leaving for a day trip out of the city. Wanted breakfast but not Mcdonalds. They were full and more people coming in. Very busy but they were pleasant. Food was fantastic as well as the price. Only issue was that I wanted WW bread but was given white. The potatoes were a nice surprise. Will definitely try this place again.

The best place to eat in Halifax, reasonable prices great service and excellent food . I enjoy the cheeseburgers there that are made love . The family that runs this dinner let me feel that i am not a random number, i am feeling human again.

I've eaten at this place on almost every time I've visited Halifax. The food tastes homemade and besides being tasty, is reasonably priced. It's a Mom and Pop business, and while Mum and a Son serves tables, Pop does the cooking. They're all very pleasant.
