Today I visited their shop and they have no ability to speak and how to talk to customers.

They keep thinking I'm a uber driver for pickup orders. Their condescending behaviour immediately changes once they realise I'm not. The ice cream containers are never swapped either, so avoid unless you want food posisoning

After hearing about this place from the locales I thought I would stop by. It was such a wonderful place to go with fast service and kind people. They had a verity of foods, I tried the nachos in a bag, the pizza with garlic sauce and the ice cream sandwiches. They tasted so good and were very well priced. I ended up coming here every night I was here for a midnight snack.

had an extremely unpleasant experience at this place. The staff, particularly the owner, were incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of basic human decency. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and treated as if my presence was an inconvenience to them.

When I asked for assistance, I was met with curt and dismissive responses. The owner seemed annoyed by my questions and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior in any customer-facing business.

Additionally, the store itself was poorly maintained, with cluttered aisles and disorganized shelves. The overall atmosphere was uninviting, and the negative attitude of the staff only made things worse. Specially the guy who makes pizza in the corner.

I strongly advise against visiting this store unless you enjoy being treated with blatant rudeness and a total lack of consideration. There are plenty of other convenience stores in the area where you can shop without enduring such disrespectful treatment.

The owner is so rude, he won't even speak to you. Had some kid sweating buckets doing all the work while he sat in a chair looking defeated before selling me something. I said thabk you and he looked at me like I hate you ?. 0 stars and if you eat thier food your a brave soul.

They are very rude, they don't even want to talk to you, even though I asked politely, their attitude was very bad. I don't think it should be so hard to be kind to people.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Jubeli Junction, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. My visit to this store was nothing short of frustrating and unpleasant.

Firstly, the food quality was appalling. I was expecting a decent meal, but what I got was far from it. The food was stale, lacked flavor, and did not seem fresh at all. It was clear that the ingredients used were of poor quality, and the preparation was subpar. I've had much better experiences at other stores, and this was by far the worst.

To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The employee named Ahmed who attended to me was incredibly rude and lacked basic common sense. His attitude was appalling and he showed no respect while talking to customers. Instead of being helpful and polite, he was dismissive and arrogant. It's shocking that a business would allow such behavior from their staff.

The combination of terrible food and poor customer service made my experience at Jubeli Junction extremely disappointing. I expected much more from this place and left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this store to anyone and will certainly not be returning.

Jubeli Junction needs to seriously reconsider their food quality and customer service standards. Until then, I suggest avoiding this place if you're looking for a pleasant dining experience.
