We went for lunch and ordered our food, then waited a long time — close to 45 minutes. Eventually, a staff member came over and explained that our order never reached the kitchen due to a computer error. That was frustrating. They immediately offered to charge us half the bill. After the meal, they apologized again and gave us a $25 gift card for a future visit. I really respect how they handled it. They didn’t try to brush it off or wait for us to complain. They owned the mistake and took action right away to fix it. A+ customer service.

We went watch a hot wing eating competition with a few friends and for supper. My hamburger was fully cooked but still juicy. However, the guys that bought the platters, that had wings, were very disappointed with the size of the wings. I am glad I ordered the burger.

I hadn't had jungle Jim's since I was a child. I was missing out on absolutely nothing. Soggy, undercooked waffle fries, and a chicken burger that tastes like it could cause a sodium overdose for anyone under 140lbs.

I had the Rhina Ribs, fries, gravy and Spinach dip for a starter. The spinach dip was delicious. The ribs were so tender it fell off the bone. Absolutely delicious. I didn't care for the gravy but still enjoyed my food. Service was great and the food came quickly. I love coming to this restaurant.
