always has good music playing, the staff here are so great, it feels like a safe place to go have some drinks with friends vs some bars further downtown always good vibes

We went with some friends and all agreed afterwards that we would not recommend this place to anyone. Waitresses were spacey with one of them rolling her eyes at us when we asked for some jam. The french toast, pancakes, and halibut were all bland. Tartar sauce came in packets. Prices were all over the place. With my friends 8 funnel fries being $6.25. And the place itself was not the cleanest..

Take out- pulled pork was hard old bits of meat. The Mac and cheese had no bacon and was not cheesy at all, had a foul taste.
Tried speaking with night manager, as he called himself, he spoke over me, and down to me raising his voice.
Extremely unprofessional and sadly I wish I had read all the poor reviews on line and we would have avoided bad food and misogynistic treatment from a “manager”.

We ordered a bucket of beer and nachos to get the evening started. Not once did she come back and ask for more drinks. 45 minutes went by we asked about the nachos, she said shed check. An hour went by we flagged her down, and we saw her check, and they weren't started. We said cancel them and just bring the check we were in a hurry. 20 minutes goes by no check. Hubby hunts her down and said we want to pay. She said oh i forgot. Needless to say she didn't get a tip and we were starving.

It Took 30 minutes to be waited on and then an hour and a half for our food to come out and it wasn’t even that busy. Most of the food was cold and did not have what the menu said it would have on it. The waiter was nice and polite, and mentioned he was even embarrassed for the service we received. After he mentioned he was embarrassed he didn’t check on us, and it seemed like we were being avoided. He mentioned giving a discount and then it wasn’t on our bill.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. When I received my food, I discovered that the bread included in the meal was moldy. What’s worse is that I had already eaten half of it before noticing.

Shortly after, I started feeling nauseous and bloated, which raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s food safety and hygiene standards.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to others. I believe food safety should be a top priority for any restaurant, and clearly, something went wrong here. I also intend to report this incident to the relevant health authorities to ensure appropriate follow-up.

I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves their quality control.
