0/5 This KFC branch has terrible service, and the staff were very unhelpful. I ordered fries and chicken wings through DoorDash, and the fries were extremely bitter while the wings were stale and hard. The food was basically inedible. I went to the restaurant asking for a refund, but they refused, and DoorDash support was also uncooperative. 🤮🤢😷🥴Its garbage not food I will never order from this branch or DoorDash again. Highly recommend being cautious.

Believe the reviews. Food is disgusting and the service is ridiculous. They don’t have any clue how to keep what once was a neighborhood gem KFC running smoothly. They don’t care. It’ll take a lawsuit from a customer that gets food poisoning to shut it down and rebuild the franchise to what it used to be. It’s no longer worth ordering here.

Terrible place! They didn’t include the sauces, and I asked them to add pickles — they didn’t. The bites had a strange taste. The service was awful — it felt like we came to their home uninvited. I spent $60 and for what? For strange pieces of meat that were impossible to eat, and tiny burgers that were drowned in sauce and had almost no lettuce? Awful!

Ordered a two piece meal with fries and pop, once I returned home & had to place the chicken in the oven because it was raw. I went back the next day to have the meal replaced, as directed by the manager. I arrive home & the chicken is disgusting. Not only was I upset, but the gentleman cooking the chicken had no gloves on, he kept scratching his nose, scratching his hair, touching his shirt, all while wearing no gloves! I mentioned this to the lady at the cash, she had nothing to say!
I will NEVER, EVER go back to that location again, it is disgusting!
