KFC has gotten Very Expensive since the last time I got a bucket of chicken there. Tarrifs? I made the rest of the feast at home. The chicken in the bucket was more expensive than the rest of the feast. It was delicious, just more than 2$ per piece.

There is poor service As a uber driver, I walked into KFC to pick up an order—not to beg for scraps. But based on the way the staff looked at me, you’d think I was asking for free food. No greeting, no acknowledgment, just a bunch of side-eyes and a “Wait over there” like I was some kind of nuisance.
After standing there for way too long while they ignored me, I finally asked about the order—big mistake. The annoyed sigh, the attitude, and the half-mumbled “It’s not ready” made it clear that my presence was unwelcome. Meanwhile, customers who walked in after me got their orders with a smile.

Great service done by receptionist friendly and timely pickup
Ordered 18 piece plus 9 piece chicken with coupons. 18 piece said 1lrg fry and 1 large side. After I got my food and noticed that i didn't get the large fries the lady at the counter said no it came with 2 sides no fries . She refused to look at the coupon and told ne to leave. Likely never going back there again. $ 80 cost with only 1 large fries for 10 people. Not happy

Today 16 march at evening i went to this store and a girl working at front cash ( shift Manager)she was very very rude i don't know her name but ,literally she don't know how to talk with customers am sure she is indian girl). I am indian too i used to work at McDonald i know at some point while working we are getting frustated but please talk politely to customers and show some humanity) but because of these people thats why Canadian people hates us . I never gave any review to any store but today i’ws disappointed , get frustrated because she said something in Punjabi and i understand that too . ( Bro india bali harktan india chdd ke aao please massi da munda bua da munda sab kuch tum bhi massi ki ldkii ni thi whatever kuch bhi bol dooo thik hai.

Absolutely disgusting food service and the quality of the food - everything has excess grease and oil, the employees don’t know what they’re doing or simply don’t care enough about their customers and their wellbeing. Food smells burnt, the buns are always squished its like they jump on those poor buns and make sure people don’t order the same thing again. This is what i ordered vs what I got. I mean….this location should permanently close and please don’t waste your money or time ordering from this location.
