Several Indian employees cheated me. I bought spicy chicken drumsticks and they gave me the original flavor. When I asked them about it, they denied it and told me that they didn't have spicy chicken drumsticks.

I had plant based sandwich and chicken zinger sandwich today. I had specifically asked to put extra sauce in the sandwich, but it was dry af. Plant based sandwich was uncooked and smelled strange. This is the third time experience at the same place. Never ever going back again, staff is rude too. Failed to follow the requests asked.
Went to pick up my online order, not ready at pickup time. Got home and see my 12 tenders are 12 barely cooked pieces of chicken. Service has gone way down hill. Terrible.

I placed an online oder for the Popcorn Chicken Bucket at 5:58pm. My app told me that it would be ready for pickup at 6:13pm, I arrived at 6:10 and waited for my order. The store was almost empty when arrived, but it didn't remain that way. I continued to wait for my order. When my order failed to appear by almost 6:30pm, I joined the line and went up to the counter. When I asked about my order, the cashier asked the people in the back about my order and was told it would only be a minute more. I then received my order and departed. When I got home and opened my order I discovered there was no dipping sauces in the bag despite appearing on receipt. Generally not, the best of experiences. The store was clean, and recently renovated. The food was good and fresh, but the service was a little weak.

I asked my husband to get a 10 pack of spicy fried chicken wings yesterday. When I opened the box, there were 3 half sizes of the tiny wings. How could you sell those small ones and put them together with the regular wings. The 10 pack of wings cost $15.49+tax = $17.80. Not cheap at all. I got a rip-off from this KFC location. The chicken pieces are getting smaller. All combos usually get a bun and coleslaw with the meal, but not anymore. I used to love KFC many years ago. However, eating a chicken meal at KFC is like eating a little bird, not a chicken. It's not worth the money. I mean, the cook can see the tiny wings, but he/she still put them in the box for customers. I wasn't live close to this location, otherwise I would take the wings to exchange. KFC really disappointed me. Do not go to this location. Not recommend.???
