Ordered 18 piece plus 9 piece chicken with coupons. 18 piece said 1lrg fry and 1 large side. After I got my food and noticed that i didn't get the large fries the lady at the counter said no it came with 2 sides no fries . She refused to look at the coupon and told ne to leave. Likely never going back there again. $ 80 cost with only 1 large fries for 10 people. Not happy
I placed an online oder for the Popcorn Chicken Bucket at 5:58pm. My app told me that it would be ready for pickup at 6:13pm, I arrived at 6:10 and waited for my order. The store was almost empty when arrived, but it didn't remain that way. I continued to wait for my order.
