Ordered the KRAZE original with fries and vanilla shake. I was starving!The shake came first, hand spun, delicious.The burger and fries were brought to my table. The burger was alright, looks and tastes like good beef and the sauce was good, but not enough.The fries were a disappointment. Very dry, lacking taste.

This place is going to go out of business because of their prices.$20 + tax for a double bacon cheeseburger...I can get the same thing down the street for $9.99.Used to be a great place to stop in because the quality was a step up from fast food burgers, but now that it's more expensive than a good pub or restaurant burger, I'd recommend anywhere else.

Very slow employees especially if you are in a rush and need a quick burger for lunch. Can’t comment on the food as I had to get a refund after waiting 20 mins for a burger and fries at a place that only makes burgers and fries. It took 10 mins to place my order i with only 6 people in front of me, that line was just as slow. There were about 15 people in the place and still was taking that long to get food served. They won’t survive if they can’t get people in and out quickly especially with MacDonalds right across the st.
My long-standing loyalty to Krave Burger has been shattered by a persistent decline in food quality and service. Today's experience was the epitome of disappointment: tasteless, burnt burgers with notably inferior ingredients (e.g. mayo etc), all for $29.95 (2 burgers + fries). This unfortunate visit marks my reluctant farewell to what was once a favorite eatery.

I tried Krave Burger for the first time today and it's so good that I have to write this review. I had a Banyard Burger and it was the best burger that I have had in a while. The patty and eggs go very well together just like a premium version of breakfast sandwich and you can't really go wrong with that. Order pick-up over the phone was smooth and pleasing. Food is still very good when I take them home. Staff is friendly and fast too.

This has been one of the best burgers I've had in a long while.I have to recommend this spot for anyone looking for a good meal. The price point is also very attractive. Not expensive, but dont think that makes the quality of food cheap. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.I will be back for sure the next time I am in town
