I have frequented Marriott's in every province. I pick my hotels based on the quality of the food and bar service. This is now my go-to in Halifax. If Chris is working the bat, you're in good hands.

Chicken wings and nachos, figured that would be a safe bet...both were absolutely terrible, threw most of it in the garbage. Waste of $80.00

Food was very poor and service much too casual
If not for the trivia it would have been a disaster in all respects.

The servers were fantastic, the food was delicious and the ambiance was great! We happened to be there for trivia too and it was fun!

Miracle burger was not so miracle it was burnt.
The jalapeno burger was just pure salt.
Scallops rissotto was slimy.
The bruschetta didnt had the cherry tomatoes and the bread was not sourdough.
There wasn't much people but our food took time to be served.

We’ve recently made Latitude 44 our new home to watch the Newcastle games and the staff have been nothing but amazing and accommodating! Doesn’t hurt that the food is also great!

A hidden gem in downtown Halifax! Located in the Sheraton four points hotel. It’s a little difficult to find from the street but easy to get to from the hotel lobby. It’s not just a tourist restaurant - they have great weekly deals, happy hour specials, amazing food and some of the best prices I’ve seen for downtown Halifax. Highly recommend! Danielle was our server and she was so lovely! Can’t wait to go back.

Nice location!
Food was delicious. The chicken wrap could use a bit more seasoning ?

Rude service, the wairtess handled me the plate instead of putting it to the table, and the food was almost dropping on me since I wasn't expecting such a thing in restaurants. And of course, no apologies ... later, she asked my husband to get the bill while she saw him still drinking his coffee.
The food wasn't good as well . It's just a waste of time.

Latitude 44 was such an experience my husband and I won’t forget. I contacted Adam a week before going asking if my husband could have 5 minutes with the chef just to chat about food for his 30th birthday. He loves food and culinary. While the chef wasn’t able to come out she gave him a beautiful card with recipes. The food was amazing. The staff were so sweet. The menu wasn’t expensive compared to other downtown places I have gone. The atmosphere screams comfort but sophisticated. A place for a high class meal or for the boys to go watch a game. They made my husband’s night very special, and it may be the first time, but it won’t be the last that we go there. When I saw they had a kids menu, I’ll definitely be brining our daughter back for a family dinner date soon.
