First time buying from Launa, I bought three meals, Chicken, Pork & Oxtail. The flavours are great, perfect balance of spices and great presentation. Food was delicious! Definitely will be a repeat customer. If you like Caribbean food, Launa's Meal Prep is a must!

This was amazing , she took my order on a days notice and made sure we had our food the next day ! it was fresh and delicious ,she is friendly and kept in touch right till pickup ! if you like authentic Jamaican food this is a must try ! there Instagram page is full of pictures and great comments , highly recommend these guys !! thanks again for supplying my co workers and my resident with some great food !!
