Prices constantly go up for but not the quality, it’s like going to Costco but being charged for high brand name beverages…half of a cheese slice on the quickly made, not toasted much english muffin, slightly warm soggy bacon high priced breakfast sandwhich, may as well stick to MacDonalds. The yogurt parfaits have much less fruit now too but all the same price or higher, like 1-2 strawberries cut up, 1-2 blueberries, and maybeeee 1/5 of a banana….

I go there often since the last 2 years and I had no complaints. However today while waiting in line, the female boss decided not to serve me and serve two other people who came after me. I was originally standing next to only one person so it was obvious that I was supposed to be served after them. I feel discriminated against and I don’t think I will get anything from there again.

Overall a very hostile business. The owners clearly haven’t listened to the other reviews as there are reviews from 5 years ago that state the same thing: Rude, unprofessional, etc. and not only that it’s overpriced and horrible quality. They claim this is the “healthier” option for eating at Scotia square but you’re more likely to get food poisoning from here than McDonald’s. Maybe rethink how you treat customers and staff? And if that doesn’t help then maybe you shouldn’t be in the service industry.

I really like the breakfast sandwiches, and how it gives you a healthier option than the mcdonalds or tims but it was sad seeing a bug right next to the salads. İt has such a potential but it’s sometimes shadowed by hygiene or rude service. The managers were extremely rude to staff in front of me couple of times, with better management it can be a decent place but the male manager and the woman supervisor have to change.
