Not a pleasant place to be. Their attempt at niceties seems to be practiced & not genuine. The food is nothing.special as most anyone with a kitchen can easily make. Have to say their salads are good.

I grab a breakfast sandwich here 3 days a week before work. Always pleasant and friendly and the best breakfast sandwiches in the city! This place really is a gem in the lower lobby of Founders Square. Home style lunches, casseroles, sandwiches, soups. Everything is always delicious and made fresh.

After visiting Mama Gratti's over the last 3 weeks. I feel that most places within 3 blocks of it have become redundant. The price is great for the quality received and I don't really see myself ordering wraps anywhere else. The Baked Chicken Breast Wrap is a good deal (partial byo where the veggies and other toppings are fresh) at approximately $9 after tax. And of course, nothing beats MedPlate Fridays because the value is insane—a fresh and tender chicken skewer on a comfy bed of steamy rice and crisp veggies bathed with amazing sauces. Get your wraps, salads, and med plate here folks!!

Normally I would have given a better review as I have had some yummy breakfast sandwiches but the hours say 3pm and it’s no time even 2:30 am doing only had limited break time and it’s closed so no food for me as I don’t time to go anywhere else now. Change your hours online or be open when you say you are.

Staffs has no energy. Doesn't smile, only greets and chat with their regular customers, 1 staff has an attitude or maybe that's just how her personality is. They wear gloves but touches everything with it so it defeats the purpose and you felt rushed when your ordering. I will give my business elsewhere.

Favourite coffee in the entire city is their butter pecan! And you can get a hearty vegetarian breakfast sandwich or even the tofu sandwich for lunch is great as well. I go here all the time!!

Great place especially if you're staying in a nearby hotel. Fresh fruit salad, salads (spinach and bean), dinner/lunch stirfries with rice and a grill for breakfast foods. They also had curries. Wish I had seen them before I went to Tim Hortons (the first morning.)
