Had a great experience ordering a cake from here for a friend’s birthday. The person on the phone (I believe I spoke with Pal) was very helpful in choosing flavours and checking options for printing photos on the cake, and it ended up working out beautifully. The cake was ready on time, delicious, looked exactly how we wanted it, and everyone was friendly along the way. Highly recommend!

The shop makes ice cream with the kids and event and very special! Always the favourite and kids ask when we can go on a regular basis!
Dietary restrictions: There are several dairy alternatives options, very unique compared to most other dessert spots.
Parking: Open lot, but be careful where you choose as most drivers are not able to understand shapes and dent or care other cars.

They got rid of their cookie dough recently which makes me sad as that was my favorite mix in! They have a new super small size pre made ones and the taste/texture is kind of funny. Otherwise best icecrecam spot around!

I stopped in for some ice cream this evening and was greeted by the sweetest young woman working the counter. I wish I had gotten her name, but her customer service skills were exceptional and the reason I wanted to leave a review! Seemed like she truly enjoyed her job, plus was very helpful when I asked for suggestions. The ice cream was delicious too of course! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, possibly ever!
