We visited here for the very first time and Jaskirat there is fabulous the way she explain and assist you. Really lived their ice cream - texture, taste and quality at it’s peak.

I stopped by last night (March 14th) for some ice cream and was very disappointed with the whole experience. The staff member working was incredibly rude, dismissive and made the whole visit uncomfortable. They were clearly upset, had a scowl on their face the whole time and was throwing/slamming multiple things around the store. I understand that it can be frustrating when customers come in around 9:30 when you're trying to prepare for close, but that sounds like a staffing issue. If she wants to be mad, be mad at management for not staffing the store appropriately during March Break and don't take your frustrations out on customers. It was the perfect example of what NOT to do in a customer service role. I definitely don't be back.

I used to love this store and i visiting them every month. Then i moved out of Clayton park but specifically took a bus there for their ice cream. I asked for brownies in my ice cream and they put stale brownies harder than a stone, paid 12$ for that. Very disappointed:( plus one of the staff members was very rude. Very bad and hurtful experience.

Went in there today around 9.30 p.m. there was one young lady working we put an order for our gourmet ice cream. She never greeted us well when we asked to put brownie on top of our ice cream she took out brownie from container and throwed the lid of container in anger. And when asked for little drizzle of chocolates syrup. She in anger just drizzled a lot on top of it. Never had this type of experience there. This is the first time it happened to us like zero customer service from that lady. Rest the ice cream is always good from there.

I was missing my fav i cream shop but then my friend said try Marble Slab then i visted there and I ordered sweet cream ice withOreo cookies and chocolate topping The icecream was great, though even better was the serviceA girl in blue t shirt was serving us and she was very friendly andhelpful. We came to the store first time with my kids and partner; loved the variety available and amazing hospitality. The server was very friendly and welcoming, a girl named Pal. She was helpful to pick the ice-cream for kids, the fudge brownie delight was superb!

I LOVE Marble Slab. I come here at least once a week with my partner for ice cream. We both get the Raspberry Cheesecake. There are a lot of flavours you can choose from or design your own with the multiple single flavours. You can add multiple extra toppings, nerds, gummy bears, choc chips, peanuts. The list is endless. Staff are friendly. Samples are a thing. The shop is clean. No complaints.

Had a fabulous experience at Marble Slab. This outlet is at Lacewood Drive plaza. Hence loads of parking space. If you're craving for some ice creams imagining any flavor this is a go to stop. You will have numerous flavors to choose for your ice cream and they'll mix it well with your toppings be it fruits, cookies, chocolate, sprinkles, gummies. The ambiance inside is joyful with several seats, you can have your ice cream there or come out with it. You get an option to choose the cone, or cup for your Icecream. The price is reasonable. The staff is extremely supportive and approachable. I would highly recommend this place to have ice cream with friends and family or can even eat alone.

Favorite place to go for an ice cream treat. The flavours are different from time to time. Choc n chili is one of my favs but don't see it often. You can pick your own enhancements (my go to is cookie dough, skor bits and Oreo cookie along with fudge and it's just heavenly.I wish there was a location in Dartmouth but don't mind making the drive for how often I go. Will definitely be back soon.
