Ordered their chicken from Ubereats several times and their chicken smells bad recently. It smells either meat is bad or not fresh at all. After you bite off the fried skin, the meat underneath has strong bad smell!

I was a regular customer to go to marry browns on this location today I went around 5:00pm I went to use the restroom the guy who is working at the counter said I have to pay to use the restroom, I have to get the food to use the restroom where basically and where there is no toilet paper it was really bad experience there is a way to do customer service not like him

They forgot my coleslaw!!! Ordering a 13 piece chicken combo, the large coleslaw that was supposed to be included was not given to us. I don't understand why this mistake happened, especially since we were the only customers at that point in time.

For the last two times I have ordered a big mary combo, I have asked for honey dill sauce, and extra honey dill sauce and the employees have failed to give me a single packet of sauce two times in a row and that does not count the others times that were not consecutive. I am tired of being shorted my favorite sauce. That honey dill is half the reason I go there and they continue to not provide it and I wonder why

The last two times i ordered Mary Browns chicken was sooooo salty we couldnt eat it, tonight the chicken was great but the GRAVY WAS IVER THE TOP SALTY, NO ONE ATE THEIR FRIES

This place has gotten so bad service wise . Food might be good if it wasn't cold by time I got it . They put my order on the counter then used it to prop up tablet for mobile orders . They then proceed to make mobile orders while mine sits there getting cold. To top things off when I asked if that's my food , no one really reacted . Was more like oh well too bad . But it gets better , when they finally decide to give me my order, they threw it in a bag and didn't even check it . Making me have to ask again for rest of my order . This is not first time stuff like this has happened here.

Personally, I love MB’s Chicken. The seasoning is spot on, and the sides are really yummy. Ever since I discovered them in Halifax, I stopped going to KFC. The quality is always consistent even though a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. I hope they will continue to maintain this quality for a long time as I will be coming back very often.
