The food here was excellent and you can tell how good it is based on the amount of people and traffic that flows through here. Tried the oxtail which was just so tended and flavourful. Would recommend, one of the more flavor forward places in halifax.
The flavour, the atmosphere, everything was 10/10. Amazing. My husband and I plan to visit every time we travel to Halifax. Thanks to Richard for treating us to an outstanding meal!!
Was recommended to try Mary's for breakfast but ended up getting lunch there was was not disappointed. I had the curry chicken and my husband had the ox tail stew; incredibly generous portions along with the sides and the flavouring was indescribable . The inside is small (4 tables and a high top bench I believe?) but the atmosphere is so welcoming.
