Drive through like 30 min service.. better just go and order from inside maybe 40 min but you can save your car gas at least

I experienced the worst McDonald’s customer service ever. I placed a mobile order and was charged on my bank card. However, they claimed they only receive the partial payment. After contacting my bank, they confirmed that it had been fully successful charged. I showed the manager my banking information, proving the successful payment, but the manager still refused to provide me with the food or refund. I had to spend an hour on a working day morning, waiting and dealing with them to get my food, which ended up being cold and soggy.

Save your money and go to Tim Horton's or Wendy's. They really ripped me off this morning.First they only gave me half my order and try to say i didnt order 2 other coffees then they didnt even put the espresso shots in my coffees that i paid for.. i will never go here again..this locating used to be the best about 15 years ago but now it is run my idiot scammers..DONT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION

Always great staff and serviceThe staff all actually look like they enjoy working there. If you have not been in this location for a while then go over. It really is a unique restaurant. The last of the original McDonald's that have not been ruined with renovations. Beautiful mosaics on the far wall too. The food is always fresh and hot .. for "fast food" easily one of the best.Thanks everyone at Quinpool McDonald's for all that you do!!
