This McDonald's used to be great but this is the second time where I've ordered from this specific location and the cups/lids smell strongly of perfume as if the employees are spraying themselves while on the clock, contaminating whatever it comes in contact with.
It's disgusting.
Do better.
Wasn’t happy with the service. They were rude to me at the window for no reason at all. I was shocked and didn’t say anything just took what I ordered and lift.

Totally unprofessional, First of all its open 24hours but they are saying its not. I was at the drive thru for 10minutes , I could see them inside but nobody was talking, Went to the window no body was there but there are few employees already working ,another 5minutes lost. Finally someone came and started speaking in “Punjabi” as i dont even understand the language.
Now, they havent prepared the uber order and saying actually the store is closed which is absolutely false. I have swiftly moved my vehicle and then spent another 20minutes to talk with uber support. The stuffs should be reevaluated.
I only go to McDonald's for McFlurries. Since they introduced these machines, walk-in customers are treated with low priority, I waited more than 5 minutes for my McFlurries while they prepared them for the drive-through even though I ordered first.

The manager should do an investigation on the employees, there’s some of them 100 percent below the average with doing nothing when standing in front, thanks god there’s a nice gentleman help with me the order and finish in 30 second which I already wait more than 20 mins, if he didn’t show up I am sure I will wait another more 20 mins

Slow. Constantly messing up orders. Today it was a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle but I didn't get the egg... So glad we're paying full inflated prices for missing ingredients...
Probably would have had shell in it had they remembered to put the egg on it.

so many problems everytime i order on the app they miss iteams or i dont get it this is the 7th time in a row ordering through the app an still mannaged to miss stuff or not put it in the bag to the staff please make sure u check before sending orders out due to the extra money it costs for deliervey an the exspenses this is terrible survice not happy at all an wont be back

Got 3 mcflurries and 2 pops at the drive through. Service at this location is amazing; the staff are incredibly curious and friendly, a type of service I have to say you don't get at very many places anymore. I hope the staff are treated well by the owner, because I was very impressed at how they spoke and did their job. We got our order quickly even though they were steady. Easy 5/5 stars for me.
Why does every second time we order there either mobile pickup or skip the dishes, does there have to be missing items?
