FILTY. Tried to use the locked bathroom as a paying customer but they are NOT keeping it locked to keep it clean! Most disgusting bathroom I've seen in a long time.
Service is also very slow and the food is noticeably worse than other locations (undercooked, no sauce, etc)

Very Disappointed with McDonald's at Spring Garden Road, Halifax. Today I visited the McDonald's on Spring Garden Road, Halifax, hoping to enjoy my weekend with a friend. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish, but was extremely disappointed with what I received. The fish and cheese were placed carelessly at the corner of the bun, and when I tried to adjust it, the fish and cheese were breaking apart. It was clear that no care was taken in preparing it. I spent my hard-earned money expecting a proper meal, but this experience completely ruined my mood. I am very upset and request the management to take serious action against such careless service. This kind of behavior spoils the reputation of McDonald's. Customers deserve quality food and respect, not poorly prepared meals. I hope the management sees this and ensures better service in the future.

I’m a delivery driver and this McDonald’s has always given me problems. Staff are very poor communicates. They regularly mix up my orders. Very slow and disorganized. I’ve delivered over 15 orders from here and they regularly are like this.

I am disgusted with the service I have received from this location. I called in with a complaint about way too much mayonnaise on our breakfast wraps. I was laughed at I was hung up on about 10 times or more I was spoken to in a foreign dialect that I cannot speak and laugh at because I asked to have somebody that can understand me and I could understand them. I spent $30 on breakfast that is inedible to the point my dog will not even eat it! If you guys are going to come to our country and work in our service industry you should treat our people with nothing but kindness and respect you are on our land and you're laughing at us and think that this is some sort of joke we work hard for our money too. The guy that kept laughing at me and hanging up is definitely a complete and utter douchebag and I hope he reads this review he'll know exactly the woman that wrote it!

I almost dropped the F word—this was that bad. My boyfriend and I ordered the Minecraft chicken nugget meal and the Minecraft burger meal. The staff was too busy chatting with his Indian friend to pay attention to our order. We didn’t think much of it, but when we got home, we found ZERO mystery boxes, ZERO dipping sauces, and just ONE straw for TWO drinks. What do you want us to do—break it in half? Take turns sipping from each side like it’s a romantic comedy? And the cherry on top? They gave us the WRONG burger. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a happy meal with nuggets and the nuggets were raw. I paid for UNCOOKED CHICKEN. For a meal that is catered towards children this is unacceptable. If you come in to order your 5 year old a happy meal as a treat, and you realize your kid is eating RAW CHICKEN?? I was shocked and horrified.

Definitely one of the busiest McDonald's in Halifax. This one stays open late!
Since they are fixing the building or something. It took me a while to find it. They had the Scaffolding all along the sidewalk. But I eventually found it when I went across the street. They are amazing workers they are fast, and quick. There were so many customers with students, workers were busy. I got my food right away. They need to make that place bigger. I don't like to be in crowded places, but I was hungry. Lol

This location has serious cleanliness and atmosphere issues. The smell inside is overwhelming, making it an unpleasant dining experience. It often feels more like a homeless shelter than a restaurant, and management should take steps to ensure a more comfortable and sanitary environment for paying customers. Better ventilation, cleaning, and seating policies would go a long way in improving the experience.

I ordered 2 small milkshakes today one for me and one for my friend my order number was #582 and i placed my order at 9.32 pm and i received it after 30 to 35 mins I waited at the counter in store and staff just rooming here there and talked to each other. Plus staff are also plenty.Everyone got their order who came after me i understand they place order may be before me but for the 2 milkshake it's too much time they took. I don't wanna give a single start to stafff service but unfortunately i can't but the service is worst i ever get. I felt that they are not treating Cx equally.This was my worst experience.
