I just want to bring it to the attention of the management of this spot: 1. Please, keep the desks and seats clean, most of the time they are dirty... 2. I ordered a tea to go and asked for an extra cup as it was hot as hell and no holder provided alternatively. I was told I can take the napkins instead as they are not allowed to give extra cups. Ok, I paid for this cup as for a cup of hot water 70 c or around, fine, but what's next? Will you charge for napkins if you need more than one? A taste of disappointment..

This McDonald’s staff(majority) not all, needs a lesson on customer service and understand what customer loyalty and retention is. They want to make a deal of charging me .25 for a buffalo sauce burger Uber drivers can go and get free coffees. Which cost more. Someone help me make sense of that. The customer service is atrocious. The on shift manager who is east indian(for describing purposes) is always rude and just has a can’t be bothered attitude. Does she pay for it? Does it come from her pocket. For me it’s not about the money. I can afford a whole case of it. It’s about rewarding customer loyalty and not making a big deal of a small thing of buffalo sauce. Get your act together.You upset the wrong one. I already contacted McDonald’s corporate, I will also be contacting the franchise owner. If you are going to work here, learn our customs regarding customer loyalty
