Never before have I felt the need to leave a one star review on any business, I’m usually the type to say “hey, mistakes happen, such is life” and move on with my day, but this is unacceptable. For the past 5 times that I have gone here for breakfast, I have ordered the exact same thing in the drive through. A sausage BELT with habanero sauce on an everything bagel, and a BELT with no egg & no leaf lettuce on a plain bagel. Both meals. Both with large double double coffees with oat milk. Every. Single. Time. These guys have gotten it so far wrong that I’m left questioning if I got someone else’s order.
Not once has the no egg request been adhered to, only twice have we gotten no lettuce, and most days the habanero sauce comes on the side in the little packages. Like I said, annoying, but not the worst thing in the world. Twice I have gotten just the bagel with sausage and egg, and most days they lose the sausage entirely.
Today was by far the worst day, and will be the last time I ever step foot onto this McDonald’s property. One of my sandwiches was some strange combination of 2 tomatoes, an egg, bacon, and a pile of lettuce, and the other sandwich was 2 eggs between a bagel. How in the hell do you take “belt with no egg” and turn it into “two eggs between a bagel”? I don’t know who they have making the food here, but if they fail at making a sandwich 5/5 times, I guarantee that the rest of their standards are equally on the floor.
If you don’t wanna pay $17 for a crunchy double egg sandwich, don’t go here.

Place is a joke. No napkins, no receipts, terrible service, got orders wrong, and place looks like garbage inside. Why is there fake plywood on the walls. You spend money on walls to purposely make it look like construction?

Totally bad customer service. My order was completely wrong, and when I asked for it to be corrected, they refused. The two white heavy-set guys one tall guy working at night were very rude. When I said “hi” at the start, they ignored me, and then responded mockingly later. When I asked for their names, they also refused to tell me.
I request the owner or manager to please look into this, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If this continues, people will stop coming to this location at night. One of the guys even started arguing with me at the window — very unprofessional.
My experience is just about the coffee as that’s all I’ve bought from here so far. Went 5 times over the past couple weeks for a simple double double and every time it’s absolutely terrible, smells burnt, and the colour and taste are wayyyy off. They exchange it every time but the replacement is exactly the same. Will never get coffee from here again. Maybe the machines are not calibrated properly or something but it’s bad. The other McDonald’s around have it together and I’ll go to the others now.

Food was always a three in a good day. After the renovations the service tanked, the new setup is down to one station and most times there in no one there to take your order. The wait time for a meal is excessive and the whole setup sucks The atmosphere is cold and dark and the temperature inside is cool, it feels like they don’t want people sitting there eating. What’s up with those two globe light fixtures on the wall by the pick up counter? Have a look at them and see what you think,

Ordered Two 6 pack chicken McNugget meals with BBQ sauce and Habanero sauce at approximately 10:30 pm August 8 in the Drive Thru. Got home to 6 nuggets in one meal, 4 in the other and sweet and sour sauce instead of BBQ. Disappointing when you are spending $25 and not getting everything you ordered.

The customer service here is so horrendous that you could place an order - drive to the Quinpool McDonald's - place the same order and finish eating it - drive back to Kempt Rd and still be waiting for the champions laughing in the kitchen to realize you placed an order 15 minutes prior.
If I could rate this place negative stars or 0/5, it would not even begin to reflect how garbage of a customer service experience one receives at the dumpster fire that is Kempt Rd McDonald's.

While picking up my order I was racially abused by the front guy with headset on and long hair white guy. He was super rude because I asked him how long its gonna take after waiting 20mins. Rather apologizing for the wait his response was I should learn to wait for food. I saw he and other guy doing nothing and roaming around the kitchen. Later he passed some comments about indians while I’m not even from India
