Absolutely terrible experience. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and the service was incredibly disorganized. When I finally got my food, they forgot the sauce, even though I clearly specified that I needed it.
What really made it worse was how I was treated. I didn’t feel like a valued customer at all. No apology, no urgency, no effort to fix the situation properly. Just dismissive and careless service. My food was also cold.
Very disappointing. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

Says they are 24 hours but when I went through the drive thru trying to buy breakfast after my wife was going was going into the hospital they said they were closed and wouldn’t give a reason why

I have not had worse service in my life. Spoken to by the driverthru person with the worst attitude I’ve ever witnessed. Her name is Jaspreet. Rude, nasty and arrogant. Called the store to inform them and was hung up on 17 times. Nobody will answer the phone. No way to leave a message. No email address for the store or manager. Mark nelson this is atrocious! Just a disgrace!!! DO BETTER!

Extremely Unprofessional
I placed an online order for a Big Mac with NO MEAT, because I do not eat meat. Even though I ordered ahead, I still had to wait when I arrived.
When I went back to my truck and opened the burger, it had beef patties inside. I returned to the counter to complain, and the staff member looked at it and told me it was the “right order.” It was clearly not the right order.
Then she took the burger to the back, supposedly to “make a new one.” But within less than a minute, she came back and handed me the “new” burger. There is no way a new burger was prepared that fast. She just removed the beef patties and tried to pass it off as a fresh order. Does she think customers are fools?
This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. People have different dietary preferences and restrictions — vegetarian, non-vegetarian, religious reasons, health issues — and giving someone meat when they specifically ordered NO MEAT is unacceptable.
I expect proper attention to customer orders, honesty from staff, and basic respect. Very disappointing experience at this location.

Great coffee and muffin! Fast and friendly service! Just an updated review 29Nov/2025 I waited 15 min for a mobile order to be prepared! I eventually approached the counter to inquire. Apparently they didn't have the muffin I ordered. Service was confusing and very slow! I got a refund and went next door to Tim's! If a product is unavailable to purchase, than it should be greyed out on the App to show user it's not available! This happens so often, I can't believe it hasn't been resolved! Elmsdale McDonald's is the worst for this!

Ordered a McDelivery order and both my husbands and my orders were wrong. Asked for no pickles on my Big Mac and there were pickles. Same for my husbands quarter pounder, asked for no onions and he had a bunch of onions on it. Also my Diet Coke was only 3/4 filled.
