One of my fav McDonald’s in terms of space - very spacious, and relatively clean. Update: after I entered yesterday, the floor was sticking to my shoes and the washroom was nasty!!! The toilet seats are wobbly and super worn out, it’s begging to be changed pleaseeeee
However the food could be better. I feel like it’s just getting worse and worse, especially burgers. So my sister Mariia and I have to decide on our priorities: nice space or good food. Though the sitting space outside might use some extra cleaning☝️ But anyway!!!!!!

The breakfast sandwich english muffin seems to be stale every time I order breakfast in the morning, I would recommend a quality control check on this as it seems to be a recurring pattern.

I had already paid for four $1 ice creams online, but when I arrived, the system didn’t show my order. The manager refused to help, said it’s not his problem, and told me to call customer service. He was extremely rude and even tried to hide his name badge so I couldn’t see it. I’m 99% sure his name was WILLERD. A manager who can’t show basic customer service over $4 clearly doesn’t value customers. I will definitely be calling customer service to report this rude and disrespectful behavior.

So tell me why when there was a vehicle in front of me I had to wait forever but soon as they leave I pull up to the window and another vehicle pulls up behind me I have to move not Impressed at all and it's not like there food was faster because soon as he got his I had mine yes I feel some kind of way because that is b.s

I visit this place every now and then, and it’s one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The cafe is spacious, with many tables and seats to choose from, and you can also sit outside. My sister Daria and like the fact that there’s a strong glass between me and the road, making me feel safer and more comfortable while eating.
I always order from the pad, and my orders have always been correct. The best food here is probably the French fries and caramel ice cream.
Since new manager started working here like a year ago - this place changed dramatically. It’s clean, friendly and service is incredible!

Constantly getting orders wrong. Yes I keep coming here because there’s only a&w and McDonald’s open at night time. Need to switch up the options. I’ve had to come back multiple times and nights in a row due to missed items or an incorrect order

The waffle fries were extremely salty and had a very bitter taste to it. Half of it came with crumbs and bits of the fries which weren't what we expected. Also , the mac double cheeseburger was disappointing. The patties were severly burnt and were placed oddly and we got to find out there was only one pickle inside the burger when normally there would be three or four. We are very disappointed and hoping to see an improvement.
