See it's a McDonald's so u know what to expect but my main problem is there only being 1 kiosk and a small front counter, so during some periods everyone is just crammed near the front shoulder to shoulder with each other waiting to order or waiting for their order

When you decide to spend money somewhere,you look at the service and the food !! Unfortunately wont be going back to scotia square mc ever!! Zero customer service ,rude behaviour from the manager yoshi!! I mean do a better job at serving customers ,dont throw the receipt at customers as if u are doing as favour, dude we paid for the service not asking to take penny out of your pocket and serve us

I love McDonald's, but at the time i was traveling for work. Went to get a quick supper. First time there, but when I was finished, it was time to get back to the hotel, and go through the dreaded parking, the pathway tunnel ( idk what it's called was blocked due to construction) a worker ( barely spoke English) told me to go to the 6th floor, i actually listened to him. I got lost in the parking lot building, talked to another construction worker he spoke English and told me to follow the road going down twice ( i could have taken the 4th floor) but I walked, and finally made it out of that parking lot mazeš¤. If you decide to go to McDonald's or Dollarama, remember where you entered the parking building, and where you parked your car LMFAO. Oh yeah, the stickers they put on your food at the time you scan and could win prizes weren't on my big mac š¤.

So I told a McDonald's employee two days ago that I am never going back to the Scotia Square location again simply cause they donāt like it when you complain to head office. ? lol
This is how they treat you: saying ā We canāt please you so you can go somewhere else! ā
No, haha Thatās not it! They just donāt want to accept their lack of responsibility that they messed up on my orders.
I like my burgers made a specific way & I will always get what I ask for and if not then I will go elsewhere & thatās what Iām doing! ?

Never answer the phone! EVER. .. sorry the night crew Iām speaking of and they do every once in awhile but as soon as they hear youāre not one of their superiors they hang right up than donāt answer again no matter how many times you call.. Also they Always say the ice cream machine is down (I was told itās because the night crew donāt want to use or deal with it or something so they just say that)
Kid-friendliness: They had a small play place Iām not sure if they do any longer.. i beleive it was the last remaining in Dartmouth.. shame thatās what put class over the top why so many people chose their fast food over their competitors.. oh well.. times changing.
