It was late at night and I was debating between Subway on Spring Garden or this McDonalds, but the bus heading towards Scotia Square came first so I went here. 2 men dressed in Banana costumes were on the bus (Route 7B) which I guess was an omen for what was to come.When I got to Scotia Square, over a dozen security/police officers were breaking up a fight of people screaming/shouting at each other in the food court area next to McDonalds. With nothing else open, I placed my order at the self-serve screen while 4 police officers forcefully dragged out someone from the mall.I waited about 10 minutes for my order as police/security guards continued to de-escalate the situation a couple meters away. I finally get my order. The clerk gives me a pop which I didn't order and says it's "on the house". Assuming this is a red flag, I check inside the bag and sure enough they got my order wrong.I return my order and wait once again as two police officers speed walk past me towards the back of Scotia Square after someone I can only assume was involved in this incident. After another 5 or so minutes, I get my order once again.Alas, whatever McDeity looking over us was unpleased. My order was once again incorrect. Appalled I plead with the worker for my correct order. I should have known to avoid McDonalds when I first saw the Banana guys on the 7B on Robie. I wait once again, security and police still present, for my order now a third time.After another 2-3 minutes, I finally get my proper order. Wanting to see my Wife and friends again, I leave swiftly with my food. When I finally sit down to eat my food in safety I realize the dark truth:They forgot the spicy habanero sauce with the McNuggets I ordered.Don't take the 7. Just wait for the 8 and go to Subway on Spring Garden Road. Worst mistake of my life.

This McDonalds is a counter at Scotia Square Mall. The service is kinda bad, their ice machine is always broken. They serve warm soda, but won't put up any signs warning you of that fact. The burgers, etc are fine.
