woman at drive thru couldn’t understand, toaster broken so buns are untoasted, and all hot drink machines broken.

They had more concern for their drive-through business than the walk in counter service. They had a young / what seemed new employee on cash . Who seemed to be struggling to use the POS and their english. No offence to them. On a busy morning with what seemed very little support to this employee. Then when an employee would come out with an order it be the newer of all orders . So the customer waiting longer still never got their order .If they were short on this peak time, they should’ve had a more experienced employee that could multitask stronger on their walk-in service . That newer person could have been behind working with the team getting more experience. At least there would have a bit more balance of service. Seems like bad organizational skills by a supervisor or manager. Remember those walk in customers are just as important as your drive through customer vs versa. I find this MacDonalds has taken less value on the walk in customer and put more importance to the drive though and DSP business and less importance to the walk in customers. You can tell with their recent renovation of the store in the last few years. Have less seating now and what is there is Jammed on top of each other.

I had a concern with the washrooms. The family washroom is locked at all times with a key in entry. However, the family washroom is the only one with a change table and this particular change table is almost non-functional. I used it by holding the end up with my hips while I changed my baby's diaper. It was not comfortable and needs to be fixed.

Where I live so close to this location I would love to be able to give a better review but sadly I cannot. I have attempted to call the store when I've had issues however the staff either doesn't answer the phone or if you do reach someone they make it abundantly clear they really don't care that you've had a bad experience at their store.
When mistakes are made on my order and I have gone up to the counter to have the error fixed I am almost always met with an attitude that says, why don't you just eat it as it is, and eye rolls, and this is from their management. That's only after I stand there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to actually come speak with me. Most just stand there talking and ignore customers at the front counter. I honestly wonder if they are trained to do this so customers use the kiosks to avoid dealing with their staff.
It has become abundantly clear that the staff/management do not care about the customers experience.
Last week I went through the drive thru and purchased a meal for me and my child on my way to take her to a group she goes to. My order was a Mccrispy no lettuce and my fries were to be no salt. When I dropped my daughter off and finally had a chance to eat my meal I found my fries indeed were salted (definitely not a first) and my sandwich had lettuce on it. The following week on another busy night I went through the drive thru again Tuesday evening (you would think I'd learn) and where parked. They never brought us our drinks and while I yelled to get the workers attention I was ignored. So I went through the drive thru again to get our drinks. It wasn't until after going through again that I discovered my sandwich again had lettuce on it and there was no McChicken sauce in the bag (which I requested at the speaker). So again I went through the drive thru to have my order fixed. Both a manager and a staff member were at the window, neither apologized for the error, for me having to go through the drive thru twice. The manager in fact was more concerned with getting me out of the drive thru than the issue at hand and didn't even speak to me. I had asked for my receipt but instead received the promo receipt for the burger they made wrong. At that point I gave up.
And don't get me started on the issue with teens in the area who come there and use their store as a playground, cursing and swear, being rude to customers (a friend of mine had one throw a drink in her face) and making the dine-in experience horrible. All the while the managers do nothing.

I do food delivery. I hate picking up orders here coz crew seems not to care with the delivery drivers. They just stare at you and go on talking and chit chatting with their colleagues. Just like what happened today 10/10 around 1:30 pm, the Indian lady wearing red just stared at me standing on the other side doing nothing then proceeded talking indian language to other employee
