Very good customer care and the place was clean. Given that this is one of the busiest Mcs in the province, I would say the staff is doing a pretty good job balancing everything

Please teach some work ethics to night staff. They gave me wrong food with missing items. They waited me at drive thru couples of minutes and worked really slow.

We ordered 6 chicken nuggets but we got 2 cookies in the box, this was after waiting half hour for a small order. Pathetic service and rude female punjabi girl who was probably frustrated with her daily work. She was shouting at the back counter in Punjabi.

No good at all. Got a meal they charged full price but trying to tell me its not a grown ups meal so I only get half my pop and fries. Never again will go back here they are robbing people, unlike the others.

The food is what you expect at times, prices are going up and portions are decreasing or staying the same. The coffee is a fair price at $2 for a large and the double wall cup is convenient. I definitely order food significantly less here as its no longer inexpensive. But ill come for coffee and the occasional breakfast, I recommend the mighty mcgriddle or chicken mcgriddle

Staff are always friendly and usually quite prompt. Food feels like its always a 50/50 where sometimes you get the perfect meal and other times its actually inedible (bland, cold) 💀 One of the only places open late though when you need a quick bite lol

They fixed this for me. Manager was amazing. And explained their whole latte procedure and that they can’t actually make it with anything other than milk because of their machine. I thanked him for explaining that to me.
Just went through the drive thru. Asked for a latte with Oat milk. She said add oat milk? No no. Made with oat milk please. No dairy. Ok drive thru. Got to window asked again make with oat milk? Yes she said Got home took a sip and could tell immediately it was not oat milk. I have a diary intolerance. My son has a diary allergy with an epi pen. Allergies are serious. I tried calling and got hung up on every time. I was just trying to confirm it was oat milk or not. 730pm May 24. So I googled it. It says Canada McDonalds does NOT have that option for lattes. I have always gone to Tim’s for my Oat latte. I didn’t even think McDonalds would not have it. Are the Employees not trained or understand products? This day and age. In this world. We need more understanding of restrictions/allergies and just proper orders. Very disappointed this evening. Guess I’m going out again and head to my favourite Tim’s instead.

Really disappointing experience — something as simple as a cup of water shouldn’t be this hard.

This McDonald's has gotten in the habit of scrapping onions off burgers, which in term, takes off some of the actual hamburger off. It's been like this for months now. Something needs to change, I don't pay to have some of my burger missing because I don't like onions!
