Stopped in hoping for a quick washroom break and bite to eat.
- Women's washroom was completely out of commission. - Restaurant was filthy. Minimal clean tables (occupied). Drinks spilled on the floor. No where to sit, ended up eating in the car. - No one at the counter taking orders. Not a big deal for me, but multiple seniors had to try to figure out how to use the kiosks. Poor customer service. - No ketchup at the self serve station. Hard to get someone's attention for packets. - Ordered a chicken burger add cheese. No cheese on it, go figure. Minor, but annoying when it is extra cost.
I understand McDonald's is meant to be a quick in and out place to eat, but this was horrid. Glad I don't visit Bayers Lake often. Will purposely go elsewhere next time.

I bought three Mc double meals. I received three drinks Two burgers and two fries In the drive-through As always, I check my bag of food to make sure because I'm on a long drive home I noticed I was missing a burger and fries Went in to fix this mistake(We are all human) And they told me that in fact, I was wrong and that they put it all in the bag. I'm super disappointed In that service seeing how it was a seven dollar meal and now I'm out that money. Three people at that McDonald's Bayers Lake denied me what I paid for I've tried to call, but no one answers I don't normally give bad reviews, but thought this is important in a time like now

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. After placing an order and sitting down to eat, I realized that my fries were missing from the order. I returned to the counter and politely informed the cashier.
The young blonde cashier looked at me in a strange way and said she would give me the fries “only this time.” I found her tone and choice of words dismissive and somewhat insulting, as if I was trying to deceive the staff, which I find unacceptable.
I kindly ask that you speak to the employee involved and ensure that customers are treated with respect and courtesy. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters a great deal.

Probably the worse in HRM, I had a large Fries and they only gave me half bag of fries. Ordered a double burger with extra lettuce and tomatoes but they didn’t give me lettuce at all and only 1 piece of tomato.

Absolutely worse experience at a McDonalds in this city. The large fry’s I payed for was half full they gave us no napkins and no straws for our drinks. Go to Wendy’s cause this place sucks.
Bathrooms were the cleanest i have seen even in a nice restaurant. For fast food i was imoressed. Everything was hot and fresh, i mean fresh cooked as we know mcd is not really fresh but for what it was, it was a good experince.

The staff and rude the food is falling apart before I even get to open it and it's usually old food being served the cleanliness is not there but the blonde girl is exceptionally sweet and handles everything well
