It was a busy location next to the bus terminals but there was no hand sanitizer. I think that's a clear oversight. The atmosphere is very busy, a little messy.

NO DRINK REFILLS! Since renovating this location, they removed the self-serve drink station, with it, the free drink refills. So that was my last time giving $$ to this McDonald's! (and no, they won't even refill for you if you bring your cup to the counter)

I go to the Mumford McDonald’s multiple times a week. The staff - particularly the drive thru girls, are amazing, personable and patient. Treat your people with respect and they return it. They know my order and my dog loves them. McDonald’s food is McDonald’s food, but the people make it.

I don’t know why but from past 3 or 4 days or nights l should say, they don’t have poutine. We got no gravy, according to them. Also no coke or any other soft drinks are available late at night. This is the only McDonalds that have this problem. Sad for a 24*7 restaurant.

Very bad experience. I ordered drinks for myself and my family through the column, my younger son was late and I had to make another order, I did not receive the receipt. After receiving the first order, he began to wait for the second. His number had already disappeared from the screen 5 minutes ago, so I asked the girl about him. She quickly gave out a drink for her son, which she poured with me, and then grabbed my drink from my hands and threw it in the trash. I don't speak very well in English, but tried to explain to her that it was my drink and I want it back, but it was all in vain. Until a woman intervened for me, who said that she saw how I made two separate orders (which I only explained in the same words), very unfriendly staff, I do not advise anyone

I'd been going here for weekend coffee for over a year, every weekend and up until the reno it was the best location near me to get fresh coffee. Some of the other locations always taste burnt. Today I ordered 2 ice coffee and it looked really dark.. I tasted it and it tasted really off.. Pulled over and something that looked like white and moldy was floating in the coffee. I went back in and it was the manager that saw me coming. He replaced the coffee, and the colour and flavour was proper, but I will never go back there again. Shows that they are not cleaning the housing for the coffee. If they are not cleaning that, what else are they not cleaning? I'll just make coffee at home going forward. Thoroughly disgusted.

I was in the drive through this morning after night shift, and placed my order, and they had asked me to pull over to the side at #1. I waited a bit for my food (a good 10 mins) and the guy who brought it out to me (in the rain) was so nice and apologized for the wait and they didn’t have apple juice at the moment (what I ordered with my meal). He stood in the rain and named all the drinks I could choose from, then went and stood in the drive through to get my drink to bring it back over to me. He was apologetic again and was so cheerful with his “have a great day” to me. I was so tired and just wanted to get the heck home, but that was great service and he made me smile. Thanks
