I had picked a different spot, but after seeing my husband’s plate I went and got a meal there too. I had the shawarma chicken bowl- it was healthy and large portions. We also shared some fries- everything was excellent. Highly recommend visiting!
I was at this restaurant to buy food and saw how disrespectful the staff were, especially the two girls working there. The way they talked to delivery drivers and customers was completely unprofessional. It was really disappointing to see. I’m never coming back here again — no one deserves to be treated like that. The owner seriously needs to look into how the staff behave.

The staff here were extremely rude and disrespectful toward delivery drivers. We’re all just trying to do our jobs and make a living, but they talk to drivers in a humiliating way. Even if the restaurant is busy, that’s not an excuse to treat people badly. Because of how they behaved, I refused to pick up the order. The owner should consider adding more staff so they can handle the pressure properly instead of taking it out on drivers. I really hope management looks into this — drivers deserve basic courtesy and respect too.

Hi. Your food is very good and your staff friendly. They work hard. Please tell them to stop doing multiple orders at once. Focus on one at a time. They may think it's speeding things up by starting like 5 orders at once but it slows down the process and Increases wait time for the customer. Your wait times are too long. It's supposed to be fast-food. Please feed that back to them. Thanks.

Good food, service wasn't good they didn't speak good English and I asked for cambo meal ,they charged me for the drink on top of the cambo my son saw it and asked them to remove the extra charge they did and apologize for it.itvwasca honest mistake or purposely Done that I don't know??????
Awful service and highly rude staff. I just went for complain and the lady said you should have come before you eat. I wasn't there for a refund I went for a complain. The fires were dried and oily as if they were refried and the chicken was salty and extra dried. For 21$ I wadnt expecting this. Even if it is not your fault atleast be courteous and patient with the customers.

I was in a rush, a miscommunication messed up my order. No one's fault. I was sad. The staff offered to make it right, I didn't think I had the time. He fixed it up and brought it to my table.
I was so stoked to get Mezza for lunch, doubly dad that it went wrong. But unbelievable grateful that I got the perfect lunch thanks to this exceptional customer service experience.
I went back and increased the tip. Thank you, I needed the best lunch and I got it! Hot, fresh, delicious!

I had a poor experience at the Mezza in Penhorn Dartmouth about 4 months ago (chicken shawarma with only a few bits of chicken. Mostly just lettuce - very disappointing). Despite this experience I decided to give this branch a try yesterday. I used to order the falafel pita before they became a chain - it was always juicy and flavourful. This time the falafel was *so* dry - it completely separated and looked like sawdust. The toppings were fine, although I had to ask her to add more (she gave me two paper thin slices of tomato and about three slices of pickled radish). In the end I could eat it because it was so dry and incredibly salty. After two very poor experiences at two separate locations I would not recommend this chain to anyone.

We ordered it, but it wasn't what we imagined. Too much mayonnaise. They don't ask you. It's expensive for the quality! Plus, it has very little protein.
