Hi went to the store last week and tried the mezza for this location for the first time. It was really good I never imagined that the combination of veggies and chicken could be this much delicious. Also the girl on the front counter treat me really well and help me to decide my food.
Their food and service was amazing! Hands down the best Lebanese food I've ever tasted. Their falafel is divine to say the least!

The lady serving customers and the delivery drivers today- 2023-02-21 at 11,45 am is highly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.While I picked up this morning, the lady told me clearly that the meal would be ready in 15 minutes.I waited for over 20 minutes, yet she kept claiming that the food was not ready and that she waited for the chicken to be ready from the kitchen.When I persisted, the lady proceeded to pack the food- all that lay infront of her all that time. Nothing needed to be brought from the kitchen, as it was already there while I walked in.I just need someone to follow up about this and get back to me if am lying or not....and if any action has been taken.Please treat customers well- not based on their looks or skin of the colour.

Again, one more bad day with Mezza. Shawarma served with ice cold garlic suace and pickles. When I asked about it, the lady responded "that's our way". In that case good bye Mezza.

I eat at Mezza quite a bit. This was the first time eating at this location. The girl taking my order was rude. I was given a fatoush salad instead of a Greek. The girl argued with me even though the receipt clearly showed a Greek salad. The falafel were mushy.
