Food is always good...serving staff preparingbtge meal were great...but the cashier had ZERO customer service skills...rude, threw my utensils, food and dressing in the bag..spilling it all over my food! Didn't even speak to me...the girl serving the food responded to me.... No food service awareness at all... Lucky the food is good...

Every time I go to Mezza, the portions get smaller while the prices keep going up. It feels very unethical and disappointing as a loyal customer. The value definitely isn’t there anymore. At this rate, it’s hard to justify coming back.

The restaurant was fine, but with so many great restaurants in the Halifax area I just don’t know why you’d go here. If it’s the only option then fine, the food is certainly not bad, but there is nothing distinguishing it from any other generic fast food restaurant.

Less chicken more lettuce in the wrap for the price of a Large shawarma.one girl closed the lid of the chicken casserole as another girl fills up chicken in shawarma so she accidentally doesn't put the right amount.Nice cheap tactic , Wonder how they cut short main ingredients in other orders.unhappy with the visit.

I’ve been here twice and each time the staff was super friendly. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap both times and I enjoyed them. It would be nice if the wrap had more chicken, but the amount was fairly normal for the price these days and there’s still enough for it to taste good. The location was clean and I liked the music too.
