The shawarma at mezza is definitely not worth the price , it’s more of a salad than shawarma. Chicken is barely felt and the quantity isn’t filling.

Ever since they started weighing the chicken portions to insanely small portions ive never been satisfied. I order extra chicken and i still feel shorted. 5$ extra chicken gave me a tub with 8 shreds of shwaerma….. absolutely unacceptable and appalling behaviour and service. Lost alot of customers . Never going there again. I know inflation is bad in canada but not to this extent

This was by far the worst shawarma I've ever had. It was more of an insipid chicken souvlaki wrap. I don't think you can call this shawarma. Its like a row burrito with a-lot of lettuce inside . Large shawarma pita was less then 8 inches . No flavor very hard to chew pita was like days old . SO BAD. I don't tend to leave reviews, but truly so bad.Service was so poor. I ask for fresh souvlaki meat . They start making excuses . The owner should invest some to train the workers properly . Not recommended. Batter to go osmow’s

Waited in line got to first they told me they had no white rice and it would be 10 minutes I ended up waiting almost half an hour as he said multiple times just afew more minutes I then tell them no vegetables on the salad they then go on to put vegetables on 3 times as I constantly ask them to not to I then just left after they did it one last time almost 1 hour wasted.

Fries were stall and cold they serve unhygienic food . The falafal wrap bread was cold and they didn't even ask for any exclusion from veggies they added what the want .

For my first experience at Mezza? Meh...and expensive. A large shawarma and a bottle of pepsi cost $19 and change, it was tasty but I've had better and less expensive made with home made pitas. I wanted to eat in , went to sit down and discovered that the table had rice all over it. In the 15 minutes I was there, no one came out to wipe down the tables even though there was ample opportunity to do so. It was definitely an underwhelming experience.

We ordered through skip tonight. The fries were still half frozen, not seasoned at all, missing the pita for the plate, no donair sauce on the donair box, didn’t get the garlic sauce we paid extra for. Skip the dishes tells you to contact the restaurant and the restaurant does nothing. Terrible service and awful food. Rays Lebanese in bayers lake is WAY better.

MESHA has really gone downhill , it used to be amazing but now for the quality quantity for the price cost me nearly 40.00 it’s terrible I paid a lot of money for my meal and for the amount of food I got it was very skimpy , not to mention I asked for two tzatziki sauces is only got one, but after I tasted it, I’m glad I didn’t get another one to because it tasted awful not like it used to taste , I’m so disappointed I won’t be getting food from there anymore
