I was craving falafel so I went here for dinner. Prices were a bit high but the food packed a punch. Lots of flavour and very filling. Service was a bit slower, but I guess that what it takes for quality.

Unbelievable that this restaurant has such bad employees without education and aggressive with customers I can understand that they do not feel satisfied with their salary but our family group went to have lunch there and a lady named Hamandeep K served us so badly without attention without courtesy and quite rude her behavior just for asking her to put extra meat on our plate which

We would pay the extra besides that we didn't want salad for our kids I will never go back to this place terrible attention and in addition that employee spoke a rude and unprofessional language

Terrible experience

Ordered shawarma box from here on 4th Aug.
Poor customer service from the staff members and not enough portion/quantity for the price paid for it(They don’t provide enough toppings or veggies).

Fries in chicken shawarma plate was not fresh and hot but over all it was okay. I've had better and was slightly disappointed as I eat mezza weekly sometimes twice a week.

The portions have shrunk significantly since we were last here, but the price has drastically increased. The staff were curt and unwelcoming. The food tasted good but there was not enough of it. Never coming back, there are much better options for Lebanese food in HRM. I’m sorry to see that Mezza has gone so far downhill.

Wasn't my lucky day today at Mezza. Meat was barely warm and tasteless. Salad was clearly stale even though I was definitely a first customer for the day. Never had shawarma that bland and unexciting.

Very poor customer service. Multiple items miss from order. When I called to have the items sent the restaurant refused and said I had to contact door dash. Door dash then made me cancel my order and re order. Horrible service!!! Would not recommend!

Mezza Lebanese Kitchen delivers flavorful Lebanese food in a fast-casual setting. The menu has great variety—including falafel, shawarma, and donair—catering to meat lovers, vegetarians, and vegans alike. It’s a spot where everyone can find something they enjoy.

The food was tasty and fresh, with generous portions and authentic seasonings. Service was decent—quick and friendly—and the prices were reasonable, making it a good value. The ambiance is simple and functional, more geared toward quick casual dining or takeout.

If you're looking for a reliable place to enjoy Middle Eastern favorites, Mezza is a solid 4-star choice.

I should have checked reviews and skipped this. $22 got me this bowl and a bubbly. Falafel was not cooked properly - still in powder form in middle, and barely warm. I didn’t realize you could mess up a falafel, but here we are. They still get a star for vine leaves. Hummus was hard to find as bowl was mostly full of rice… i really wanted Lebanese food and this was not the Lebanese food I had expected (no mouttabal or labné or much else). As a fast food place it is ok. But I won’t go back to see if they cook falafel better next time. It’s disappointing.
