Always loved and supported mezza, the last place we were in had mice and we were told we couldn't sit in certain places. We seen a mouse run out from behind the garbages. I didn't care about the mouse in fact i liked him. But what i didn't like was the how high they have jacked up the prices! The chicken schwarma plate used to be 12 something. Now it's nearly 20$! The prices for what you get simply don't add up anymore. Rice, pita, hummus all of which are not very expensive food doesn't make sense for that kind of justification in price change. We won't be going there as much because it simply isn't affordable.

If you want the smallest donair on the planet, look no further than Mezza on Barrington at Blowers. This restaurant has been sketchy for years, (meat stored in buckets under the counter, vomit worthy bathroom,) now it's hit rock bottom. I won't be trying their other locations.

I told staff there was a mouse in the dining room and they just ignored me and went out back and talked to each other.

Paid $2 for extra sauce, got no sauce at all. Food is alright. Not enough topping choices offered for the wraps. I would recommend going to Osmow's instead.

Felt I was begging , did lot want standard rice or fries , just preferred veg sides . Told they had Fattoush salade but really it's mixed greens with fried pita hits sprinkled on top. The icing on the cake was they weigh the chicken on a scale, forget about the chicken that falls out of the measuring bowl but stays on the scale. I guess times are rough and cutting meat is the only way to survive.

This place used to be a gold standard for take out, but they have chipped away at quality portion size and boosted prices to a comedic level.I work nights down town and relied on this place for food past 11pm even on a Monday, but paying $20 for a pita, 1/2 an ice cream scoop of chicken, a cup of salad, a spoon full of hummus and a bowl of rice isn’t worth it.

These guys are very friendly. Honestly, it's so easy to find a good spot to have a late dinner around 1 AM, but here we are! Delicious food. Strongly recommended.

Extremely overpriced.Portion sizes continue to go down as prices go up.You get double the portion size for half the price in any typical shawarma joint in ontario.

way overpriced for the portions and quality. fries are soggy and all food was cold. falafel was as hard as a rock. my plate came with two pieces of turnip and two round slices of pickles for vegetables. about a third of a cup of cold chicken. and all this for nearly $60. definitely won’t order again.

I bought this donair plate from Mezza’s Barrington Street store on Saturday, December 9, 2023 for $19.13, and it had one and a half strips of donair meat on it.I called the store and while speaking with an employee who had told me his name was “Ritik,” I had told him I wanted a full refund.“Ritik” told me I could come back Monday when their manager was around, though he refused to allow me to speak with his supervisor when I had requested to do so.This is unacceptable and I want a full refund.
