I had an amazing experience at Mezza Lebanese on Duke Street! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every dish tasted authentic and full of Lebanese flavor.
What really made the experience outstanding was the excellent service. The manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations that truly enhanced our meal. It’s rare to find this level of care and hospitality — it made us feel genuinely welcome.
Highly recommend Mezza Lebanese Duke Street to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The quality of the food is what's standard for Mezza these days, it's good, but not as good as it used to be, so I can't fault them for that.
The service, however, was fantastic. Ramanjot was attentive, made sure to verify what I wanted on my wrap, and had it ready quickly. I'll absolutely come back again.

Worst experience. Chicken shawarna wrap tasted like a wrap full of salad with plentiful of lettuce and veggies and a few strands of chicken like we didn't deserve any meat. Waste of money and time.

Mezza was so delicious when it first opened, and I told everyone how great it was. Sadly, the quality of the ingredients has decreased over the last couple years. Serving sizes are smaller too, but I could overlook that if the quality was good. The chicken shawarma is now less meat, and more fatty bits-either hard, or slimy. I’ve tried going back a few times, thinking I just got a bad order, but it seems to be the norm now. Their garlic sauce is still the best though.

I order the falafel wrap combo. The wrap was warm but the falafel was cold the wrap by the time I got the it was so cold. The flavour was good but I couldn’t finish it cause it was so cold. Very disappointing after spending 16 dollars for it.
I want to provide a review for this restaurant. I went many times for lunches there while I was working downtown. I tried shawarma chicken, the mixed plate mostly. It is full of flavor, garlic, spices, I always ate until the last bite.
Now that I moved to London Ontario, I miss your food, your sauces are great, your food cooked to perfection, fresh, just out of the oven. Your rice fluffy and warm.
I hope to come back one day and eat at one of your restaurants.
