Used to love this location but sadly it seems customer service has changed drastically. My husband waited 30 minutes for three plates with no explanation when asked . I am the first to understand that things happen but an explanation is quite simple

This is by far the best location of mezza. The service is always wonderful, friendly staff and the quantity of the Shawarma chicken And veggies you receive in your meals is more than you get at other locations. The food is always delicious. Love this place.

I ordered a shawarma with chicken and sauce… I received a disgusting soggy shawarma with all the veggies and I wouldn’t even let my dog eat it My friend got a Donair plate and came dry as paper and no sauce. When I called the girl argued with me telling me we could still eat the plate without sauce. She was rude,, and argumentative. I will never order food at the Larry uteck location ever again and I urge for people to spend their money somewhere else

Ordered 90 bucks worth of food. Found a bug, or a feather, or a potato sprout in my shawarma poutine. At the mall location found a bone. 🤮 Done with this place. P.S. they are cheap with the sauce.

I use to love mezza. But now corporate greed has completely ruined the restaurant. No longer any sense of real home style food. Way overpriced and can’t compete with any family shawarma spot in flavour or portion size. Only will ever go there if it is a last resort.

Do not buy Mediterranean Salad from here, I bought one here thinking it would be nice an fresh (all of my other experiences here with there food has been good) but the Salad was basically a bunch of greens with a couple tomatoes, olives a bit of cucumber and feta on top. And when I went to eat the rest the next day the greens where wet and browning. Very disappointed!

Awesome work by Raman. She made 2 picture perfect donair poutine for my wife and I. We frequent at least once a week, and tonight was excellent service, friendly, and a willingness to make our order the way we like!!
