Two Shawarma plates did not receive any Pitas . Order extra pita as well nothing . It was take out . No cutlery No napkins had to eat with hands .! 80 dollar order ridiculous never again. Also the amount of chicken wasn’t enough to feed a mouse 😠

I usally love mezza but this location fell short of franchise good reputation. I got an donair poutine and it's the first poutine i ever had without cheese and when i ased to use the washroom they said they didn't have a key for it Pretty sad

I don’t know who’s moronic idea it was to put the fries, Greek salad, shawarma , turnips and pita all in one cardboard container with no dividers between anything. (They used to use plastic containers dividing everything) But my $23 shawarma plate all tastes like Greek dressing and hummus.
Literally plopped a scoop of hummus right on top of my chicken and fries and the fries had soaked up the Greek salad dressing.
Bad enough the quality has been going downhill, but now unless you want your fries to taste like Greek salad dressing and hummus, stay away.
I had to throw half my dinner away.
What used to my one of my favs, I will probably not order from there again.

Ordered chicken shawarma at 19:30. Dated- 16/july/2025. The guy gave us cold shawarma. When I complained he didn’t even listen to complaints. Mezza used to have good service but this time the they disappointed us.
I have been coming to this location since they opened and the staff are always exceptional especially Gurwhinder.She is extremely pleasant and always has a smile for you.I highly recommend this location.

Food was ok but cashier did not change gloves when preparing food. She passed the bathroom key to a guest and continued preparing food with the same gloves. When brought to her attention, she denied doing so. Not impressed.
